This is a very cool pic! But as for where it is....ummm...hmmm... I'm going to guess Washington DC or maybe Philly?

I think it's Washington DC.. I *think* that's the dome in the background?!
I guess this picture was taken in London because I *think* that's the St. Paul's Cathedral (the dome) in the background.
Oh now I think Nadia is right, that does look more like a cathedral dome!

'liya that is easy if you know london :) as st pauls cathedral was the give away. And the little english things like the double red line on the road (which i have actually only seen in london to think of it)
